Every MSG engagement is priced as a fixed fee per phase, written into the SOW with specific milestones we hold ourselves to. We don't bill by the hour. We don't recognize revenue against deliverables we haven't shipped. The team that scopes the work is the team that builds it.

Three tiers below cover the typical range. If your problem doesn't fit cleanly, we'll tell you on the first call rather than force-fitting it into a tier.

Tier 1

How the math works

We scope honestly up front because we carry the overrun risk. A Tier 1 engagement that runs long doesn't generate additional revenue for us — it just compresses our margin. That alignment is intentional: it forces us to be precise about what we can deliver in the time and price we've committed to, and it forces you to confirm the scope is right before signing.

Most engagements come in within scope. When they don't, we eat the difference. When the scope itself needs to change mid-engagement — because we both learned something new — we write a written scope amendment with new milestones and a new fixed fee, signed before any additional work begins.

The first call is free, runs 30 minutes, and ends with one of three outcomes: a proposed tier and rough scope (if we're a fit), a referral to someone better suited (if we're not), or a recommendation to run our 30-day ops audit yourself before committing to an engagement (if you're early). No pressure to commit on the call.
